KEEN Dark Forest Run
KEEN Dark Forest Run is a night trail race held on 31 October 2026 at Sarimbun Scout Camp in Lim Chu Kang, Singapore. The event offers three distance categories with a loop-based route; one loop is approximately 4 km.
Distances
- 8 km
- 12 km
- 20 km
A non-binary/open gender category is available for all three distances, with mixed-gender results lists. The 20 km category is UTMB Index accredited.
For the 8 km category the route uses two loops and features 53 m of elevation gain, a 2-hour cut off and three water points. Terrain is a mix of gravel and dirt road (about 70%) and trails (about 30%). Headlamps or hand held torches are mandatory because parts of the course will be in pitch black conditions.
Race entitlements include a finisher medal, event tee, drawstring bag, race bib, electronic timing, and complimentary snacks and hydration. The event also offers sponsor discounts on selected products and prizes for the top three male and top three female finishers in Open and Masters categories.
Logistics notes state the venue is in a relatively isolated area with no parking available and a complimentary bus shuttle from Kranji MRT. Registration opens on 15 March 2026 and closes on 30 October 2026; race pack collection is scheduled for 24–25 October 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
