Event Overview
The Dark and Dirty Miles event is a night trail race scheduled for July 11, 2026. It is held at Twin Mountains Offroad Park, located on N4300 Rd in Kinta, Oklahoma.
Distances and Divisions
The event offers several race distances, each with standard and "Ruck" divisions. The available distances are:

- 5K Ruck The cutoff time for all events is 7:00 AM.
Course and Rules
The course consists of runnable jeep roads mixed with technical terrain. Participants in the Ruck divisions must carry a minimum of 10 lb, excluding consumable items or clothing. Trekking poles and weighted vests are allowed. The event has a "party atmosphere" with participants encouraged to bring chairs and canopies to set up around the start/finish area. Post-race meals are provided for all participants. Pacers are allowed for the 50K distance after the halfway point.
Participant Perks and Policies
All finishers receive a unique buckle or medal. Each entry includes a t-shirt and complimentary race photos from Mile 90 Photography. Aid stations are fully stocked. Runners may not switch to a shorter distance after starting their race but may do so before the start. Drop bags can be left at the start/finish area. Packet pickup occurs on race day from 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM. A military discount of 10% is available, and a child discount offers one free entry per paid adult entry for children 15 and under.
