Event overview
The Dare to Care Dash is scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Milford, Ohio (5900 Buckwheat Rd). The event is a 5K run and fitness walk with three entry options: Adult Run/Walk, Under 18 Run/Walk, and Donate Only. The start and finish are at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, near Mulberry Elementary School. Packet pick-up is Friday, June 12 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Fleet Feet Loveland.
Course and amenities
The USATF certified course leaves the church driveway, follows Linden Creek, Winchester, and Lela to the Lela entrance of Miami Meadows Park, proceeds clockwise around the park perimeter, and returns to the church along the outbound route. A short fun run for children will be held; ribbons are given to all fun-run finishers. Refreshments will be provided after the race. Over 50 prize drawings will be held at the award ceremony, including 50 prize awards randomly selected from preregistrations.
Registration, divisions and awards
Early registration fees listed are Adults $25 and Children (under 18) $12; late fees are Adults $30 and Children $15. T-shirts are offered for an additional fee. Race divisions include standard age groups for men and women, specified weight categories, and fitness-walker age groups. Special trophies are awarded to the first male and female overall, and medals go to the first three overall finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
