Dania Pointe 5K Fun Run Under the Sun
The event is the fifth annual Dania Pointe 5K Fun Run Under the Sun held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at The Lawn at Dania Pointe, 150 Sunset Drive, Dania Beach, FL. The one-course run guides participants through the center’s mix of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, green spaces, and fountains.
Race registration includes a T-shirt, finisher medal, and chipped race time with a bib number. Packet pickup is hosted inside lululemon at 127 N Pointe Dr, Dania Beach.
Awards are given by male and female categories for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Overall race prizes include branded gift cards and Dania Pointe Yeti Ramblers distributed to the top three male and female finishers. Age group awards cover overall and the following divisions: 14U, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.
An additional challenge from Padrino’s offers gift certificates to runners who finish ahead of Padrino’s benchmark time. The first ten runners ahead receive $50 certificates and subsequent finishers ahead receive $25 certificates; if Padrino’s is unable to start or finish, the prize distribution shifts to the fastest overall finishers as described by the organizer. Padrino’s certificates are redeemable at Padrino’s Dania Pointe, 149 S Compass Way, Dania Beach.
Event parking is accessed via Stirling Road and S Pointe Drive with lots in front of Regal, Rodizio Grill, and the Nike Clearance Store.
