About the race
The Damerham Dash is a family-friendly running event held at Damerham Sportsfield in Damerham, UK. Participants can choose between a 5km or 10km run that takes them on a fully marked, undulating course through beautiful countryside, including bridlepaths and farmland not usually open to the public. The event also features a children's colour run, making it suitable for all ages.
Walkers and dog walkers are welcome, with dogs required to be insured and on a lead. The event offers medals for all finishers and trophies in categories such as male and female runners, Nordic walkers, and top dogs.
