Dam to Dam 100K Relay
The Dam to Dam is a 100K team relay held between Lake Murray and Lake Greenwood, South Carolina. Teams may include one to six runners and the course is divided into twelve legs, each roughly between 3 and 8 miles. Entry options listed include an individual ultra option and full-team pricing.
Team registration is managed by a team captain who registers the team and receives a team code. Individual teammates register afterward to select shirt sizes and sign the digital waiver. Packet pickup is offered the day before the race or on race morning if necessary. Each team receives a support vehicle tag; only one vehicle per team is allowed at exchange zones.
On race day teams drive between exchange zones; most zones have bathrooms. Teams provide their own support food, water, and first aid. Routes can change year to year and recent course maps and leg details are available. Proceeds support Mission Lexington and Faith Home. Volunteer roles include putting up signs, setting up start and finish areas, and managing exchange zones.
Start and finish locations: Lake Murray Dam start at Lake Murray Park, Lexington, SC. Finish at Buzzard Roost, Ninety Six, SC.
