General Information

The Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K takes place on June 20, 2026, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The event is held at Coolray Field, which is the home stadium of the Gwinnett Stripers. Packet pickup is on June 19 at Fit2Run at the Mall of Georgia.

The event is partnered with NAMI Gwinnett during Men’s Mental Health Month.

Event Features

A summer-themed race shirt is included. There will be on-course hydration stations and music along the route. Awards are given for overall, masters, and grandmasters categories, as well as by age groups. There is a special recognition for a "Dad Division."

An optional add-on is available for a post-race Gwinnett Stripers baseball game at Coolray Field on the same evening. A limited number of tickets are offered for $12. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
