Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K
The Dad Bod Summer Sweat 5K is a community running event held on June 20, 2026, at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The event partners with NAMI Gwinnett in recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month and aims to support mental wellness and local programs.
Race formats offered:
- 5k Run - 3.1 Miles
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- Kids' Dash
- Virtual 5K
Registration opened December 9, 2025; most in-person events close registration on June 20, 2026. Published registration fees are $35.00 for the in-person 5k and virtual 5k, $25.00 for the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, and $15.00 for the Kids' Dash. Packet pickup is scheduled for June 19 at Fit2Run at the Mall of Georgia.
On-course support and event features include summer-themed race shirts, on-course hydration stations, and awards in overall, masters, grandmasters, and age group categories. A Special Dad Division is recognized, and mid-series points are awarded as part of the WRG Race Series. A post-race baseball game add-on at Coolray Field is offered for a limited number of tickets priced at $12 for the first 100 purchasers; tickets must be bought in advance.
