D67 Dash 5K Run/Walk : Morton Grove, IL
The D67 Dash is a community 5K event held on September 20, 2026, at Frank Hren Discovery Park, 9500 Oak Park Avenue, behind Golf Middle School in Morton Grove. The course measures 3.1 miles and includes two water stations. The event is professionally timed.
Participants may run, walk, use strollers, ride bicycles, or use scooters. Children riding bikes or scooters are welcome to take part but are not eligible for awards. All participants except children in strollers must register. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received prior to August 28, 2026. Late registration after September 14 is available in person for a stated fee.
Packet pick-up is available in advance; a preferred session is scheduled on Friday, September 18 at Golf Middle School (9401 N. Waukegan Road). Last-minute packet pick-up will be available at the event site on race morning.
Volunteer roles include support at water stations, packet pick-up, and other event preparation tasks. Funds raised at the D67 Dash support the Golf School District 67 Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides supplemental resources and grants to Hynes Elementary School, Golf Middle School, and the local community.
