D67 Dash 5K Run/Walk
The D67 Dash is a community 5K run and walk held on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at Frank Hren Discovery Park in Morton Grove, Illinois. The course is 3.1 miles and includes two water stations. The event is professionally chip timed and presents awards to overall male and female finishers and to male and female winners in the age groups 13 and under, 14 to 19, 20 to 39, 40 to 49, and 50 and over. Children who ride bicycles or scooters may participate but are not eligible for awards.
All participants must register online except children who remain in strollers. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received before August 28, 2026. Registration fees vary by date; late registration after September 14 is in person only and carries a $30 fee. Packet pick-up is available on Friday, September 18, 3:30 to 7:00 pm at Golf Middle School, 9401 N. Waukegan Road, and on race morning at Frank Hren Discovery Park from 8:00 to 8:45 am.
The event welcomes strollers, bicycles, and non-electric scooters; electric bikes and electric scooters are not permitted. Participants using strollers, bikes, or scooters are asked to start toward the back of the pack and avoid impeding others. Proceeds benefit the Golf School District 67 Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that supports enrichment projects for local schools. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
