D67 Dash 5K Run/Walk
The D67 Dash is a community 5K run and walk held at Frank Hren Discovery Park, 9500 Oak Park Avenue, Morton Grove. The event takes place on September 20, 2026 and supports the Golf School District 67 Foundation.
The event welcomes runners, walkers, strollers, and children on scooters and bikes. All participants must register except children in strollers. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received before August 28, 2026. Registration pricing noted for the event includes an early bird tier, a regular online tier, and an in-person late registration fee.
Packet pick-up is available in advance at Golf Middle School and on race morning at the event site. The 5K course is 3.1 miles and includes two water stations. The event is professionally timed and offers awards in overall male and female runner/walker and in age-group categories; children on bikes or scooters are not eligible for awards.
Volunteers assist with water stations, packet pick-up, and event preparation. Funds raised benefit the Golf School District 67 Foundation, an independent 501(c)(3) that supports enrichment projects for Hynes Elementary School, Golf Middle School, and the local community.
