Event overview
The Cystic Fibrosis Turkey Trot is scheduled for November 27, 2025, in Wyoming, New York. The event starts and finishes at the Wyoming Hook & Ladder Fire Company, 26 Maple Street, Wyoming, NY 14591. Organizers describe the 5K route as a flat course. A virtual 5K option is available for participants who choose their own place and time.

Online registration remains open until the event. Race-day registration and packet pickup take place inside the Fire Hall; an early packet pickup option is offered at the Fire Hall on the Wednesday before the race. Registration fees for the 5K are $35 through November 26, 2025, and $40 on race day. Virtual 5K registration is $35 through race day and includes mailing of swag; virtual finish times may be entered or uploaded from November 28 to December 31.
Official race shirts for 2025 are loose-fit, men's-sized long sleeve tech shirts that run a little large; an adult XS and additional youth sizes were added. Organizers note shirts will be provided to the first 450+ participants and official race swag will be provided to the first 400 registered participants. Chip timing using Jaguar Electronic RFID will be used. Awards include top male and female overall and top three male and female in multiple age groups (10 and under; 11-15; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 and older).
