Cupid's Chase 5K Columbia
Cupid's Chase 5K Columbia is a certified 5K event held at Maxcy Gregg Park in Columbia, SC. The event takes place on February 14, 2026 and is part of a national series that supports Community Options, Inc., a nonprofit that provides housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
The event site is fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed. Professional timing is used for the certified 5K and results are posted immediately after the race. Giveaways include a Cupid's Chase finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. To guarantee a Cupid's Chase shirt, registration must be completed by January 1, 2026; after that date shirts are available while supplies last.
Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group medals awarded to overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
