Crush Rush 5K

Crush Rush is a chip timed 5K produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department and sanctioned by USA Track and Field. The event takes place on February 14, 2026, along The Woodlands Waterway in The Woodlands, Texas. The course winds through The Waterway and follows a scenic route.

Awards are provided for overall male and female finishers and for first, second and third place in male and female age groups. There will not be an awards ceremony; awards will be distributed onsite. A photo area will be available for participants. Strollers are not permitted on the course per USATF sanction requirements. The race is recommended for participants ages 10 and older.

The registration fee is $35 and includes a finisher medal and participant packet. A participant shirt is not included; shirts can be purchased in advance for $15 by January 19, 2026, with limited sizes, and may be available for purchase at packet pickup for $20 if inventory permits. Packet pickup is scheduled for February 12 and February 13 at The Woodlands Township Townhall Board Chambers, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Race day registration is not available.

Refunds of the entry fee are available until January 24, 2026; refund processing fees are not included. Entry transfers must be completed by January 24, 2026 and are nontransferable between years. The event lists Memorial Hermann, The Strong Firm, Black Walnut Cafe, Tachus Fiber Internet, and H E B among its sponsors. Weather related cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
