Crown Point Relays : San Diego bayside races
The Crown Point Relays take place on October 25, 2026, at Crown Point Park on Crown Point Drive in San Diego. The event features multiple running options set along Mission Bay with views of the water and coastal air. The course is described as flat and fast and uses 100% pavement bike path.
Distances and relay formats include:
- 5K run
- 8K run
- Half marathon relay, five laps
- Marathon relay, ten laps (teams of 2 to 5)
The relay options allow teams of two to five runners. The event provides chipped timing, a race T-shirt, and a finisher medal. Overall and age group awards are given, and there is a designated team picnic area. Parking is available in the Crown Point Park parking lots.
Packet pickup will be offered in one location for 2026; specific details will be announced within 60 days of the event. Pre-race pickup is optional and someone else may pick up a participant's packet if needed. Military and service member discounts are available for active personnel and veterans; organizers must be contacted beforehand to receive a discount code.
