Event overview
The 2026 Crossroads Trail Run & Walk takes place on June 13, 2026 at Crossroads at Big Creek Nature Preserve in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. This is the 17th annual running of the event. The event offers chip-timed results and a staggered start by route. Proceeds benefit Crossroads at Big Creek.

Entry, shirts and packet pickup
Registration opens January 24, 2026. The published entry price is $30 with age-based pricing: free for ages 1–7, $10 for ages 8–14, and free for ages 70–99. To reserve a 2026 event shirt, registration must be completed by May 15, 2026; a limited number of shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at packet pickup for later registrants. Packet pickup is at the Collins Learning Center on Wednesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 11 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, Friday, June 12 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday, June 13 from 6:30 to 7:30 am.
On-course services and rules
All participants receive a native tree and post-race snacks. The 5K route has two water stations; the 10K route has three water stations. Bikes, shoes with spikes, and dogs are not allowed on the course during the race. Dogs are allowed on the property only if leashed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
