17th Annual Crossroads Trail Run
The Crossroads Trail Run takes place at Crossroads at Big Creek Nature Preserve in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The event offers three trail distances with chip timing and staggered starts by distance. Individual awards and locally sourced prizes are given to top finishers.
Registration opens January 6, 2026. The registration fee is $30. To reserve a race t-shirt, registration must be completed by May 21, 2026; participants who register after that date may choose from previous years' shirts.
Packet pick-up is available at the Collins Learning Center on the days before the event and on the morning of the event. All participants receive a native tree and post-race snacks. The race supports Crossroads at Big Creek and its mission to inspire environmental stewardship through education, research, restoration and outdoor experiences.
Course rules specify that bikes, shoes with spikes, and dogs are not allowed on the course during the race; dogs are allowed on the property if kept on a leash. Aid stations are provided on the longer courses.
