Creemore Vertical Challenge

Creemore Vertical Challenge 2025, in Creemore, Ontario, at Mad River Park, is a multi-distance ultramarathon organized by North of 89 Outdoors. Runners choose from four distances: 14K, 27.5K, 55K, and 80K (50 miles). The 80K/50M is three laps, 55K two laps, and the 27.5K and 14K one lap each, with about 70% gravel road and 30% trail through the hills and private roads around Creemore.

Expect roughly 0.5 miles of vertical gain per lap and gnarly wet sections. Four aid stations provide water and electrolytes; finishers receive a medal, bamboo shirt, socks, and a pint of Side Launch beer. It's part of OUTRace, with deferrals and drop bags.
