Distance and entry
The race distance is 10 km. Registration opens on 1 December 2025. The published entry fees for 2026 are £20 for adults (19+) and £10 for juniors (15-18). A 5% per-order fee applies. England Athletics/UKA members receive a £2 discount when membership is validated during registration; Scottish Athletics members can obtain the same discount by providing their membership number. At the time of publication there are 1,050 remaining places.
Championship status and entry rules
The event is the host for the Oxfordshire Short Course County Championships. Eligibility for county championship entry requires either being born in Oxfordshire or having lived in Oxfordshire for the nine months prior to the race. The event does not allow refunds or deferrals, but person-to-person transfers are permitted until 23 June 2026, subject to the organiser's transfer procedure.
