Coweta Christmas Dasher : Event overview

The Coweta Christmas Dasher is the 4th annual holiday run in downtown Coweta, Oklahoma, held on December 20, 2025. The event is hosted by the Coweta Rotary Club and the Coweta Education Foundation. The start and finish are at Coweta Central Elementary School, 303 N Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429. The program includes a certified 5k course that is timed by I:40 Race Service and a separate 1 mile Fun Run/Walk. The event features a costume contest and provides refreshments including bananas, oranges, and water. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in USATF 5k age groups. T-shirts are guaranteed for entrants who register by Friday, December 12; shirts after that date are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Entry and fees

Entry fees vary by registration date:

Through November 30: $25 for the 5k and $15 for the Fun Run.
December 1 to December 12: $30 for the 5k and $20 for the Fun Run.
December 13 to race day: $35 for the 5k and $25 for the Fun Run.
