Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series

The Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series, organized by Raw Running, offers a unique opportunity to explore the scenic Cowdray Estate in West Sussex through four seasonal races: Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Participants can choose from 5km, 10km, or 10-mile routes, with canicross options available for dog owners. The series features a points-based system to determine overall winners, who will receive luxury hampers from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café.
