Cousin Jack

Cousin Jack is a pair of multi-terrain coastal races held on Saturday 6th March 2027. The event offers two distances that run along Cornwall's coast path and include a mix of muddy fields, rocky headlands, steep paths and boggy sections.

The two race options are:

• 18 miles point to point between St Just and St Ives
• 35 miles out from St Ives to Cape Cornwall and back; over 7000 feet ascent

Classic Jack is an 18 mile point to point route starting at St Just miners chapel and finishing in St Ives. There is a safety cut off at Zennor Head. Ultra Jack covers about 35 miles, starts at St Ives The Blockhouse, and does not continue into St Just. New ARC guidelines require runners to be aged 20 or over to enter the ultra distance.

Logistics noted by the organiser include parking in St Ives at the Leisure Centre and coach transfer from St Ives to St Just for the classic race. All entries close two weeks before the event.
