Event overview
Cousin Jack, organised by Bys Vyken Events, takes place in and around St Ives, Cornwall. The event base is The Island Centre, The Island, St Ives TR26 1SY. The organiser describes both races as multi-terrain trail events with muddy fields, rocky headlands, steep paths, climbs, and boggy sections. Entries close two weeks before the event. Refunds are offered up to four weeks before the start date and deferrals up to two weeks before the start date; deferrals cannot be refunded at the subsequent race. If an Amber or Red weather warning is issued by the Met Office, the race will not go ahead; it may be rescheduled or held virtually.

- 18 miles - Classic Jack: point-to-point route between St Just and St Ives; starting point listed as St Just miners chapel. Coaches run from St Ives Leisure Centre to St Just.
- 35 miles - Ultra Jack: out-and-back route from St Ives to Cape Cornwall and back, listed at approximately 35 miles with 7000+ feet of elevation; starting point listed as St Ives, The Blockhouse.
