Un Second Souffle Race
Un Second Souffle is organized by Défi Santé un Second Souffle inc. (nonprofit) in Saint Eustache. Start, finish and registration are located at École Secondaire des Patriotes, 99 rue Grignon. Parking is available at the multisport complex and on nearby streets.
The event offers the following distances

- 5 km for running and walking
- 10 km
Routes run through the Jardins neighborhood. All starts and finishes take place in the school bus parking lot and each race uses a secured urban course. The route is marked by kilometer and races are timed.
Onsite services include security, medical support, a water station, changing rooms and toilets. Runners receive a snack and results are posted online. A medal and a photo souvenir are given to all finishers, with medals that may vary by event.
The program also features a corporate relay race called Défi Entreprise. Bib pickup is available the day before at the school and starts are animated by Orange Theory Fitness Saint Eustache. Registrations are handled online. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
