Course Résilience

The Course Résilience de la Régie de police du Lac des Deux-Montagnes is a community running event held in Deux-Montagnes, Quebec. It features marked courses of 2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km distances. Organized by the local police force and its fraternity, the race coincides with Terry Fox Day, joining over 650 communities across Canada in solidarity.

The event takes place around the police station with parking and facilities nearby, offering a supportive atmosphere with entertainment, food, and prize draws following the races.
