The Course des pompiers de Laval is an annual running and walking event held in Laval, Quebec, organized by the local fire department, the City of Laval, and the Fondation des pompiers du Québec. It welcomes participants of all ages and skill levels, offering distances of 1 km, 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km, half marathon (21.1 km), and full marathon (42.2 km). The event features a festive atmosphere with personalized bibs, medals, official shirts for distances 5 km and above, training programs, playlists, and post-race snacks.
