The Bryan Liew Race takes place at the Bryan Liew athletics track, Westwood Park, 2876 chemin St‑Louis, Saint-Lazare. The event is organized by the Bryan Liew Foundation, which supports the development of sports facilities in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region.

The 5 km route runs through the Saddlebrook neighborhood, passing near a pond and along wooded streets; there are two spots with live musicians. The 10 km includes one 400 m lap on the track followed by two loops of the 5 km route. The 2 km is a loop starting and finishing at Westwood Park and passing by Evergreen School. The 1 km for youth is a loop starting on Westwood Street and finishing under the arch by the park chalet. The 400 m event is one lap of the athletics track.
Practical information: online registration closes the Friday before at 17:00 Eastern; on-site registration is available and same-day registration is permitted up to 15 minutes before each race. Bib pickup is on site. Strollers may start at the back of the field; walkers are allowed in all distances except the 10 km. Timing is electronic with chips on the bib. Services include a water point at mid-course for the 5 km and 10 km and near the start, volunteers at key intersections, directional arrows on the road surface, toilets, changing rooms, showers, snacks, and online results.
Medals and awards: medals for the top three women and top three men in the 10 km; for the 2 km and 5 km, medals for the top three girls and top three boys 15 and under, and top three women and top three men 16 and over; for the 1 km, medals for the top three girls and top three boys in each category. All 400 m finishers receive a ribbon.
