Event Overview

The Delta Dental/Elliot Corporate 5k is a long-standing road race held in Manchester, New Hampshire. This event attracts approximately 5,000 runners and walkers annually, along with spectators from across the New England region. The race acts as a fundraiser for the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care at The Elliot, supporting various patient programs such as nutrition assistance, rehabilitation therapy, and integrative medicine.

The course is a USA Track & Field certified 5 km (3.1 mile) loop. It starts at the intersection of Stark and Elm Streets, follows a route north on Elm Street, west on Thayer, and south on River Road and Canal Street. The race concludes on Elm Street next to Veteran's Park. The course is noted for its speed, having recorded a sub-14 minute finish in the past.

Participation and Teams

Individuals can participate in person or via a virtual option. Those running virtually must submit their results through a unique link by the specified deadline to be included in the official results. The event features a strong corporate component, where team captains can organize groups from their companies. Participants who register as part of a corporate team by the July deadline receive a branded t-shirt featuring their company logo.

Race Amenities and Awards

A water station is positioned at the 1.4-mile mark of the course. After crossing the finish line, participants are provided with water, sports drinks, bananas, and yogurt. Registered runners receive several digital benefits, including free digital race photos and a finisher video. Cash prizes are awarded to the top five overall male and female finishers, as well as the top New Hampshire residents and masters athletes. Additional bonuses are available for breaking course records or meeting specific time benchmarks. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
