The Community Run at The Ripe Market is a multi-day running series taking place at The Ripe Market, Dubai Police Academy, during the October 2026 to May 2027 season. This is the ninth edition of the series and it will feature six separate race days across the season.
The event offers multiple distance options:
- 2.5KM for children, beginners, or family jogs
- 5KM for casual runners
- 10KM for runners seeking a longer outing
- 15KM for more experienced runners
Registration is managed online and there are set deadlines for registration, cancellations, and category changes in March 2027. Participants receive timing, a certificate, a medal, and a photo service or downloadable photos. The route runs inside the Ripe Market grounds and the event includes a post-run celebration with the market community and family activities. The organiser provides a refund policy that allows cancellation and refund within specified time limits, subject to applicable fees.
The series is described as non-competitive and community focused, with an emphasis on running together across different ages and paces. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
