Columbus 10K
The Columbus 10K will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2027 at North Bank Park in downtown Columbus, Ohio (311 W Long St, Columbus, OH 43215). The event marks the 50th annual running of the race, originally held in 1977 as the Citizen-Journal 10K, and is described as the oldest road race in Columbus.
The event program includes multiple participation options and a shorter youth race:
- 10 km (in person run, walk, visually impaired division, virtual option)
- 0.5 mile kids run with a finisher's medal
Visually impaired athletes may register one sighted guide; a sighted guide registration option is available at no fee. There is also a Team Heart & Sole teammates only entry category listed for the 10 km distance. A virtual option is offered in early June, June 1 to June 6, 2027, allowing participants to complete the distance remotely and submit results.
The Kids Run is presented as an introduction to road racing for children, covering approximately 0.5 mile and awarding a finisher's medal. The event takes place in downtown Columbus and brings together in person and virtual participation choices across the listed distances.
