Registration is open for in-person and virtual events. Registration for virtual events ends December 20, 2025. The organizer offers a referral program: referring 5 registrants yields a $25 refund; referring 8 registrants results in a full refund of the base fee.

Participant items and services

All 6k, 12k and 18k participants receive hot chocolate and eggnog, finish-line race video, race photos, a choice of a race mug or holiday hat or an upgrade option to a long-sleeve ring-spun shirt, finisher medal, custom race bib, chip timing, and instant results. Snacks, fruit, and other refreshments are provided. There are photo opportunities with large inflatable holiday decorations (weather dependent).
