About the race
Presented as the Hot Chocolate & Eggnog Races in Westerville, Ohio, the event returns to Sharon Woods Metro Park. Participants choose among 6k, 12k, or 18k distances, plus a Kids Dash option. Virtual variants are also offered.
The festive course winds through central Ohio’s parks and trails, described as scenic and family-friendly. After finishing, runners enjoy hot chocolate and eggnog, snacks, and photo opportunities near oversized reindeer and a snowman. Participants receive finish-line videos and photos, race bibs, finisher medals, a mug or holiday hat, optional shirt, chip timing, and free parking.
