Columbia Gorge Marathon
The Columbia Gorge event is a two-day run festival in Hood River, Oregon, staged along the Columbia River Gorge. Races use a mix of paved trail and small-town backroads that follow sections of the historic Columbia River Highway and run beside the river through fall foliage and scenic vistas.

Races conclude at riverside festival grounds with food vendors, music, and an awards ceremony. Packet pickup is held at the Hood River event site. Shuttle buses are provided for marathon runners. Runners and walkers are welcomed, and the event offers early start options for some fields.
On course, aid stations and portable toilets are placed approximately every 1 to 3 miles. A catered post-race lunch is provided, and every finisher receives a custom medal. Marathon and half marathon entrants receive a custom beanie, while 5K and 10K participants receive a technical shirt.
