Accessibility features on site include a fully paved and flat route, a disabled toilet and a disabled portable toilet, and dedicated disabled parking close to the registration desk and start line. A sensory park is available within Hanley Park. A start line paint throw is planned as part of the event.
Organisers will take photos and film at the event for promotional and marketing purposes. The event listing shows an entry fee of £10 and notes that registrations received on or after a date to be confirmed will need to collect their Colour Runner pack at on-site registration.
