Colour Runner is organised by Caudwell Children in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council. The event is scheduled for 11 July 2026 at Hanley Park, Cleveland Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 4DX. It is an offline, charity fundraising event that supports disabled and autistic children. The event is sponsored by Ken Jervis Kia. Entry for the listed 5k option is priced at £10.00.
Participant provisions and accessibility
Participants receive a Caudwell Children Colour Runner t-shirt, a finisher's medal, access to fundraising resources and a place on a fully accessible, colour-filled 5 km route. The event includes a start line paint throw.
Accessibility features on site include a fully paved and flat route, a disabled toilet and a disabled portable toilet, dedicated disabled parking close to the registration desk and start area, and a sensory park within Hanley Park. Registrations received on or after a date to be confirmed must collect the Colour Runner pack at on-site registration on the day.
Media consent is requested: organisers will take photos and film for promotional and marketing purposes, and images or video may be used across social media, websites, and other printed and digital materials.
