Colour Run Swansea
Colour Run Swansea is a non-competitive 5K event held inside Singleton Park in Swansea. The course is lap-based so participants can choose how many laps to complete up to the full distance. Multiple colour stations are placed around the route and music plays throughout, with a finish line celebration at the end.
The event is presented as family friendly and suitable for walkers, joggers, and runners. Colour powder used on course is described as biodegradable, non-toxic, and made from natural ingredients such as corn starch; wash stations and eye wash facilities will be available. Organisers recommend wearing sunglasses and clothing participants do not mind getting stained.
Each participant receives an event bib number, a white event t-shirt, and a colour powder pack. On the day, everyone must register on arrival and show photo ID; registration cannot be completed on behalf of someone else. The event supports the local charity Faith in Families, and participants can donate or fundraise to support its work with vulnerable children and families in Swansea.
