Colour Run Swansea
Colour Run Swansea is a non competitive 5K event held in Singleton Park. It is a lap based course so participants can complete as many laps as they like up to the full 5K distance. Multiple colour stations are placed around the route and biodegradable powder made from corn starch is used at each checkpoint.
The event is presented as non competitive and includes music and a finish line celebration. The course is described as safe and accessible and eye wash stations will be available on course if needed. The colour powder is non toxic, made from natural ingredients, and is considered safe for all ages, though it may stain light clothing and sunglasses are recommended to protect the eyes.
Every participant receives an event bib number, a white event t shirt, and a colour powder pack. All participants must register on arrival and photo ID is required at registration; registration cannot be completed on behalf of another person. The event supports the local charity Faith in Families, which works with vulnerable children and families in Swansea.
