Color The Way: HIM's 5K Color Run
Color The Way is a faith-themed event held at Fair Park in Henderson, Texas on May 15, 2027. The event text references John 14:6 and includes messaging about serving the savior.
There are two participation options: a timed 5K (3.1 miles) running race and a shirt-only option called "Color Me Caring." The 5K registration opens October 21, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026; the shirt-only registration opens October 21, 2026 and remains open through May 16, 2027. The stated registration fee for each option is $20.00.
Registered participants receive a finisher medal and an event shirt. On-course support is provided in the form of color stations and water stations, and chip timing is used for the 5K. Sponsor swag and giveaways are also listed as included items. Shirt sizes must be submitted by April 18, 2027 at 11:59 PM; extras will be ordered but after that deadline shirts and sizes are available on a first come, first served basis.
