Collinsville Trick or Trot
Collinsville Trick or Trot is a 5K run and fitness walk held on October 31, 2026, on the Collinsville bike trail and rails-to-trails areas near the Town Hall parking lot and the Crown and Hammer restaurant in Collinsville, CT. The course is a 5K out-and-back on the bike trail with a turnaround at the halfway mark. Total elevation gain for the course is 79 ft. The race course is USATF certified, certificate number CT20019JHP.
The event raises funds for Canton Dollars for Scholars to provide local scholarships. Participants are invited to wear Halloween costumes; awards will be given for overall adult male, overall adult female, overall child (13 and under), best individual adult costume, best team costume, and best child costume.
Registration opens February 27, 2026 and closes October 29, 2026. Early registration is $30 and includes a shirt for entries received by September 30. Day-of registration is $40; day-of payments must be cash or check. Packet pickup opens at 7:30 am on race day at the stage near the Collinsville Town Hall parking lot. T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued. Wheels such as roller blades and bicycles are not allowed. Strollers are permitted but should start at the back of the race for safety.
