Collingwood 10K : event description

The Collingwood 10K is the fourth edition of this race, scheduled for October 4, 2026 in Collingwood, ON. The event offers two main distances and uses Side Launch Way for both start and finish, located at the base of the town's historic downtown and its local businesses.

The course begins up Heritage Drive toward the historic Collingwood Terminals, then proceeds to Sunset Point where runners complete a clockwise loop. After returning toward the start line, the route continues along the Shipyards and Waterfront trail, includes a section on a wooden boardwalk, and finishes with a final turn back to the finish area.

All profits from the race are divided evenly among local youth sport organizations that volunteer on race day. Race kit pickup is scheduled for October 2 and 3 at VO2 Sports Co and on the morning of the race at Side Launch Way. Registration is set to open on April 1, 2026.
