Event Overview

The Colchester Causeway Running Race offers multiple distances: 5K, 10K, and 15K. There is also a 10K Wheelchair event. The race takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, starting and finishing at Airport Park on Colchester Point Road in Colchester, Vermont.

Course Details

The route begins at Airport Park and follows dirt and gravel trails onto the historic Causeway Path. The path offers views of diverse wetlands, mountain vistas, and Lake Champlain. Runners proceed to designated turn-around points before returning to the finish line at the park. The event is chip-timed.

Participant Information

For the 10K and 15K events, participants must be at least 12 years old. Race walkers are not allowed in these two longer distances. The overall race capacity is limited to 400 runners.
