Coco's Heart 5K Fun Run
Coco's Heart 5K Fun Run takes place on June 13, 2026 at Lakefront Park in Hudson, Wisconsin. The event offers in-person and virtual 5K options and includes age-specific entries for participants 10 and under, including a free no-shirt option.
Paid in-person registrations include a race shirt and a finisher gift. Race registration fees listed in the event information include a standard in-person fee of $40, a youth in-person option with a shirt for $20, a free youth in-person option without a shirt, and a virtual Sleep In 5K registration for $35. Paid registrations that include a shirt are guaranteed a shirt size only if completed by May 27; shirts for later registrants are available while supplies last and preferred sizes may not be available.
The in-person 5K is chip timed and participants receive a race bib with a timing chip. Organizers provide a link to a training plan and the course layout. At least two water stops will be available on course for both humans and dogs, and dogs are permitted on the course.
The day also features community activities at the lakefront park, including music, puppy yoga, an adoptable dog area, a kids race, a photo booth, marketplace vendors, a pet psychic, a kids craft corner, face painting, and food vendors.
Fundraising options are available through the race website or Facebook. Fundraisers earn discount codes and may qualify to have race fees refunded at specified fundraising thresholds, and the top fundraiser is invited to name a future puppy.
