About the race
Coastal Quest is a two-day adventure race on the Victorian Surf Coast near Anglesea VIC that combines trekking, mountain biking and kayaking across a mix of coastal and inland terrain. The event runs across a weekend and offers multiple course options: the Classic Long course on Saturday, the Classic Short and a beginner-friendly Novice course on Sunday, and an Epic stage format that combines both Classic days into a multi-day challenge. Participants may enter a single day or the full Epic stage race.
The event program includes a Friday prologue for Epic competitors, vehicle-supported transition areas for bike drop-off, shuttle transfers to the race start, on-course navigation across varied terrain, and presentation sessions at the event headquarters on both days.
