cmX 5K 2026 - Long Beach
The cmX 5K 2026 is a community running event hosted by the CMAA Southern California Chapter Foundation in Long Beach, California on February 21, 2026. The event assembly is at 5400 E. Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90803.
The program includes two race options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- Kids Run (ages 8 and under)
Bib pick-up is offered the day before at Sports Basement and on race day at the start area. The 5K course has a time limit of one and a half hours. Beach lot parking is available near the start location; parking is $2.00 per hour and payment is made at the lot machine.
The event is connected to the cmX workforce development initiative. It aims to raise awareness of CMAA SoCal Foundation programs that provide pathways in the architecture, engineering, and construction sector.
