CMH Heroes for Hospice Race
The CMH Heroes for Hospice Race takes place on May 2, 2026, at 1125 N. Butterfield Rd, Bolivar, Missouri. The event is organized by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation and SGC Foodservice and supports hospice care in the community.
Race options include:
- 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- 5K Run/Walk
- 10K Run/Walk
- Virtual run anytime, anywhere
Registration opens February 3, 2026 for the in-person distances and February 9, 2026 for the virtual option. All registration closes May 2, 2026. Entry fees are $40.00 for the 5K and 10K, $25.00 for the 1.5 Mile, and $25.00 for the virtual option.
The 2026 event theme is Wizard Race. Costume elements mentioned include robes, house scarves, wands, and magical creatures that reflect a wizarding motif.
All registered participants receive a T-shirt and a timing chip. Youth age 12 and under who register will also receive a race T-shirt and timing chip. Babies and toddlers do not need to register unless a T-shirt is desired. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
