Clowne Half Marathon
The Clowne Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile road race held annually in Clowne, Chesterfield. The undulating course starts in Clowne town center, passes through surrounding villages, and finishes at the Clowne Community Centre. The event is organized by Clowne Road Runners and supports Ashgate Hospice, with £1 from each entry donated to the charity.
Facilities include water stations, distance markers, toilets, and secure baggage transfer from start to finish. All finishers receive the famous Clowne Half Marathon hoody. The race has a 3-hour cut-off time and follows UK Athletics rules.
