Clowne Half Marathon

The Clowne Half Marathon, held in Clowne near Chesterfield, is a 13.1-mile road race featuring an undulating single-lap course through Clowne and surrounding villages. The event starts and finishes at different locations within Clowne, with secure baggage transfer provided. It is organized by Clowne Road Runners and supports Ashgate Hospice, donating £1 from each entry.

Facilities include water stations, distance markers, toilets, and baggage storage, though no showers or changing rooms are available at the finish. The race has a 3-hour cut-off time and uses chip timing. All finishers receive the famous Clowne Half Marathon hoody.
