The course begins along 5th Avenue South in Historic Downtown Clinton, continues along Riverview Drive parallel to the Mississippi River, and includes hill climbs that lead to Eagle Point Park, which overlooks the widest part of the Mississippi River.
Pre-race information and services noted by the organizer include registration, a YWCA Street Fest, packet pick-up, and training resources. Race-day materials include a published race map, medical personnel, and an awards program. Registration is processed through GetMeRegistered.com. Shirts are guaranteed for the first 500 registered participants and the event provides participant swag and a finisher medal to each finisher.
Awards are given for 1st through 3rd place overall and 1st through 3rd in each age group. Cash prizes are listed for overall winners: $100 for men's and women's half marathon first place, $50 for 10K first place, and $25 for 5K first place.
