Cliff Runner 5K

Cliff Runner 5K is a five-kilometer road race organized by the Sea Cliff Fire Department in Sea Cliff, New York. The course begins at the Sea Cliff Firehouse and follows a certified 5K route through the village, including a stretch along Sea Cliff Beach, before finishing near the waterfront. Shuttle buses are provided to the starting line at the Sea Cliff Fire Department.

Event amenities include guaranteed T-shirts for the first 250 registrants, raffles, a free BBQ for participants, a vendor village, live music from the Sea Cliff band Chicken Head, live/text/email results, and free finish-line photos. Participants who register three weeks in advance can receive a personalized bib. Bib pickup is handled by event staff starting one hour before the event; a bib number is required for pickup, and last-minute registrants within 24 hours receive their bib number by text.

Awards are given as medals to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female in age groups ranging from 14 & under up through 85+. Additional medal categories include top three male and female in Fire, Police, EMS, and Military divisions; these special categories are eligible for both Overall and Age Group awards.

Registration is not yet open. Funds raised support the Sea Cliff Fire Department, a 100% volunteer Fire/EMS department serving the village and surrounding area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
