Cleveland Heroes Run
Cleveland Heroes Run is an annual community running event held at Saint Joseph Academy on Rocky River Drive in Cleveland, Ohio. The event offers multiple distance options that route through nearby streets and parkland.
- 5-mile run
- 2-mile run/walk
- Kids-only race for children 7 years old and younger (registration required, no entry fee)
Both the 5-mile and 2-mile races start and finish at Saint Joseph Academy. The 5-mile course runs through the Cleveland Metroparks, while the 2-mile run/walk follows Rocky River Drive. The kids-only race takes place after the 5-mile race on the academy track.
Awards are presented after the races. For the 5-mile event there are awards for the top three overall male and female finishers and top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups from 14 and under through 70 and over. For the 2-mile run/walk awards are given to the top overall male and female and the top two male and female in age groups 7 and under, 8-9, 10-11, and 12-13.
Parking is available at Saint Joseph Academy and at Kamm’s Plaza. Late registration and packet pickup are available on the day of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
