Cleveland Heights Happy 5k & 10k
The City of Cleveland Heights and local merchants present the 9th annual Happy road races on 10/04/2026 in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The event features chip-timed road races that pass through the Lee Road and Coventry merchant districts and is described as a flat and fast course with crowd support. Proceeds support the Cleveland Heights Youth Scholarship Fund.
Distances included:
- 10k Run: 6.2 Miles
- 5k Run/Walk: 3.1 Miles
- 1 Mile Fun Run: 1 Miles
The event is open to all ages and includes a happiest costume contest for participants who dress up. Happy dogs and strollers are welcome. Packet pick up is offered on the Saturday before the race at the Wine Spot, with additional race morning pickup available.
Entrants receive a race bib, a happiest finisher medal, a beverage ticket, and race photos. A soft-fit Happy T-shirt is provided with entries and is an optional purchase for the 1 Mile. The race is chip timed and will include awards. Awards include top finishers and age group awards with top three positions for male and female overall and multiple age brackets from 10 and under through 80 and over.
