Classique Jacques-Cartier : Les Classiques Capitale
The Classique Jacques-Cartier takes place on November 8, 2026 in Québec. The start is at the Grand Marché de Québec and the finish is at the Cartier-Brébeuf historic site, about 700 metres from the market. The route follows the banks of the Saint-Charles River and passes notable sites such as Cartier-Brébeuf.
Main courses use the military base site and are described as flat and cleared, designed for speed and steady effort. Several distance options are offered:
- 10 km on the military base, fully cleared and flat.
- 5 km on the military base, flat course focused on speed.
- 2.5 km on the military base, accessible route for beginners and families.
- 20 minutes Classiques linking the Grand Marché to Cartier-Brébeuf along the Saint-Charles River.
Registration includes free parking at ExpoCité, a snack and a gift provided by Maple 3, Fromagerie Victoria and Krispy Kernel, and a 10 $ or 15 $ voucher depending on distance to spend at the Grand Marché.
