Clare Valley Trail Run : 2025 event
The Clare Valley Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday 26 July 2025 and is organised by Adelaide Trail Runners. All races are planned to start and finish at the Clare Showgrounds in the Clare Valley, a wine region about two hours north of the Adelaide CBD. Pikes Beer Co. and Pikes Wines and the Sevenhill Hotel are listed as event partners.

A 10 km hike option is offered in addition to the running entries. The 2025 event will use new course routes; provisional course maps and past results and photos are available.
Logistics, support and requirements
Drop bags are allowed for 50 km runners and can be delivered at bib collection or on race morning; they will be available at the Sevenhill Hotel at the 27.5 km mark. Supporters may hand supplies only at aid stations. No buddy runners are permitted. Aid stations are provided on each course and include water, Huma electrolyte drink, Coke, lollies, chips and muesli bars.
Mandatory gear for all 50 km entrants includes a space blanket, whistle, mobile phone and the capacity to carry at least 1 L of fluids, starting with at least 500 ml. Additional items such as a waterproof jacket, thermal top and headwear may be required depending on forecasted weather. Bib collection and an optional pre-race dinner are scheduled at the Sevenhill Hotel on the Friday evening before the race. Pricing varies by entry period, with higher fees for later registrations.
