About the race
The 4th Annual Cinnamon Bun Run is scheduled for Labour Day morning, September 7, 2026, at The 5K Cafe and along Route 541. The event uses a flat, paved rail-trail route and is presented in partnership with the 5K Cafe and 3 Mile Outfitters.
Participants choose between two loop options offered along the trail:
