Event Details

The Cinnamon Bun Fun Run is a family-friendly running event. It takes place at Kinsmen Park, Picnic Site 1, in Edmonton, Alberta. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 8, 2026.

Several distances are offered:

1K (kids run)
5K (run and walk, for adults and kids)
10K (run and walk, for adults and kids)

On event morning, multiple start times are scheduled for the different distances. All participants receive a keepsake medal, a Freson Bros cinnamon bun, and lemonade.

Race kit pickup is available on Friday, August 7, 2026, between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the Running Room at 8537 – 109 Street in Edmonton.
