About the race
The Cincinnati Pride 5k is a Halloween themed community run and walk held at Lunken Playfield in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event offers a 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk and a post-race gathering at Streetside Brewery, 4003 Eastern Avenue.
Participants are eligible for awards in several categories: top female identified, top male identified, and a non-binary runner award. Additional awards recognize best solo and best group costumes. All participants receive a year pin to add to a medal lanyard; participants who have not taken part in previous years receive a medal.
Packet pick-up is available at Lunken Playfield before the event. A portion of sales at the after party supports Pride: one dollar from every drink purchase, including beers and flights, will be donated back to Pride. The after party site typically includes a food truck and allows pets.
