CIDER CHASE! 5K is a Halloween-themed community running event at Old Stone Cider in Lewisville, PA. The event features a 5K trail run/walk and includes a food bank fundraising component and a food drive for the Chester County Food Bank. Organizers state that 100% of donations and a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Chester County Food Bank, and participants are invited to bring non-perishable items for the drive.

The program includes live music, local vendors, food trucks, games, raffles, prizes, a costume contest, and a pet costume contest. Costumes are encouraged and the event is described as family-friendly and open to all ages. Registrations include a complimentary cider, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage; registrations for ages 13 and under include a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.

There are distinct entry categories: a standard 5K run/walk, a competitive walking 5K that requires walking the entire course with no running or jogging allowed, and a youth 5K category for ages 13 and under. Early registration pricing and a swag deadline are noted: a 10% earlybird discount applies before September 15, and registration by October 1 guarantees a commemorative pint glass and T-shirt while later registration receives swag only as available. Sponsorship packages with T-shirt placement and announcements are available with October 1 deadlines for logo submission. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
