Relay teams exchange an ankle strap/timing chip and have a designated team area in the transition zone. Shirts are soft-style, unisex sizing; registering by Thursday, June 4 guarantees a shirt in the chosen size. Awards include overall, age-group and division prizes. All events follow USAT rules; competitors without an annual membership may purchase a 1-day membership. Membership fees noted are $60 for an annual membership and $13 for a 1-day membership. The event offers a referral refund program of $5 for every two referrals, up to a maximum of $15. Cut-off time limits apply for each discipline; participants who cannot meet those limits may be asked to shorten remaining distances or withdraw, and refunds or deferrals are not offered in that case.
