Church Stretton 50K 2026
The Church Stretton 50K returns for a fourth year on 13 June 2026 as part of a double header with the Shrewsbury 50K. The event is organised by Run The Distance and uses a point to point route from The Quarry Park in Shrewsbury to Rectory Fields in Church Stretton, SY6 6DQ.
The route covers 50K through Shropshire countryside with noted views between Shrewsbury and Church Stretton. Facilities and services listed for the event include professional chip timing, five nutrition stations along the course, officially measured routes and free photo downloads. A technical running T shirt is offered at an additional cost. Finish area activity is linked with the Church Stretton Beer Festival, creating a music and festival atmosphere at the end of the race.
There is a special segment medal for runners who complete both the Church Stretton 50K and the Shrewsbury 50K.
